The starting line


I thought I had better actually take a note of some of my stats…. so here they are:

Weight: 72kg

BodyFat: 16.5%

BMI: 24%

Chest: 41.5″

Waist: 34″

Bicep: 11.5″

Forearm: 9.5″

Thigh: 21″

Calf: 14.5″

Resting heart rate: appx 80 bpm

Heart rate half way through Body Combat class: 170 bpm

Blood pressure at home: 137/84 (I know it’s higher than this at work which is another reason I need to get fitter)

Overall I don’t think they’re terrible, but at least I now have something to work on – will see how my first week is and then look at setting some goals – or is a week too soon ??
